Wald holiday Home

At Buitenplaats It Wiid, next to campsite It Wiid, we rent out 4 person (Wald) holiday homes. These semi-detached holiday homes are all situated by the water’s edge, and most of them have their own jetty. (with the exception of the homes at the outer edge: these have a berth in the port close to the home). The park gives direct access to open water. The homes at the outer edge offer a magnificent view.

Layout of the holiday home

Ground floor:
Cosy living room with open kitchen, patio doors to the terrace, and a romantic  bedstead. The bathroom has a washbasin, shower or bath, and toilet.
First floor:
Two bedrooms, one single and one double.

All 4 person Wald holiday homes have plenty of privacy, seeing that the holiday park is spread out over six peninsulas. Virtually all 4 person Wald holiday homes are beautifully situated on the water, accessible by boat and with their own jetty. The holiday park has its own trailer ramp.

Do you want to rent a boat? We rent out a variety of motorboats, sailboats, and canoes. Take a beautiful trip through De Alde Feanen National Park. You will be amazed at how strikingly beautiful Friesland is! You can rent bicycles and E-bikes as well. The surroundings sure make bike rides appealing.
